Christine was very knowledgeable about home buying/selling and offered sound advice when it came to buying a home. She stood by me through thick and thin from January thru July and made sure I got the house I wanted with decent square footage. The trials and tribulations with her and not being to get the house I wanted finally paid dividends. I was frustrated with losing out on some good houses, but she kept me going and staying positive in the entire process.Had to jump on this sale right away before someone else comes along and make a real steal on this property.

She was always there to answer questions, and if for some reason that she was busy with another client or a family event then Anya would fill in. There was never a time that we were unable to get hold of one of the agents at Coldwell banker. We were only with Christine for two months and she found us the perfect house. I would recommend her to anyone that is trying to find a house right now for any real estate need get a hold of Christine.

Christine is a fantastic real estate agent! She was very helpful during the process of looking for and buying our home in california. We relocated from the east coast and even with the time difference when we started to communicate she was very responsive and helpful. We looked at a bunch of houses that fit into what we were looking for and she helped us to make a deal on the perfect one. Once we started the process of buying the house we had a few issues with the sellers realtor and Christine stepped in to work with our banker and keep things on track for closing. She also was a great help when we needed to get certain things inspected with helping us find competent local inspection companies to make sure we learned what we needed to before closing. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a home in the area to Christine !

Christine was very well prepared with local information and comps when she first met with us to talk about listing our house for sale. All later paperwork was done quickly so we could review and sign what was necessary . She scheduled inspections quickly for us, made many phone calls and arrangements through her many contacts, so our listing was ready in a month. We were extremely lucky with Christine as our selling agent. Before our house was even listed, Christine had an open house for another house, met a couple there looking, and suggested visiting our house. The couple was very interested in our house, made an offer and signed the offer papers, even before our house was officially listed. So just like that, we sold our house, thanks to Christine's ability to put people and houses together! She's very personable and low key, but because she's from Barstow, knows the area and many people necessary in the real estate industry, she's a wonderful resource and excellent at her job. And Christine loves her job!!

Christine is an excellent agent---we couldn't be more satisfied. What we appreciated most was that she continually updated us on the status of the property we were selling and making sure that all paperwork was in proper order. She is a hands-on agent who is readily accessible to answer any questions a client may have. Christine not only successfully found a buyer for my brother's house when he was ready to sell, but she sold our house the following year, and our adjoining property, as well. Christine,was able to put my house on the market on a Friday and had it sold by the following Tues evening with a full price offer. She continued to get all paperwork to us as we were transitioning out of state in to our new Forever home at the same time .Christine was very professional and informative with what all the steps were in the selling process.
