Ann Marie did an outstanding job for me. On the 21st of December, I listed my house in Yermo for sale with Ann Marie, and moved to Washington state. Ann Marie found a buyer within just a few days, and did a fantastic job working out all of the details of the sale. I signed the final papers in front of a notary and sent them back by FedEx. On the 2nd of February the whole transaction was finished and title was recorded in the new owner's name, and I received my money shortly thereafter. Only six weeks to sell my house -- Totally impressive!

I moved back to my home town after being gone for over 30 years and was looking for a realtor who lived in Barstow and knew the neighborhoods and who was knowledgeable of being a realtor. I was told of a few realtors names and Ann Marie's name came up more than once. After speaking to her the first time she made me feel very comfortable and i knew she was the one i wanted to work with. i gave her all the things i was looking for and how much i wanted to pay. She showed me the houses that fit in what I was looking for. She helped me through the sale of the house, she walked me through the steps of the paperwork. I ran into a few problems of the sellers not leaving the home right away and leaving the home in disarray but with Ann Marie's help and resources, she called in a clean up crew and had the house cleaned so i could move in. The house needs some TLC and i am happy to work on making it a home for me and my family. I am happy to have met Ann Marie, she knows what she is doing, she is helpful and doesnt push, she lets you make the decisions, she is helpful when you ask for her advice.And she looks out for you. Ann was great right from the start, she stepped up to fill in for the agent we were supposed to meet with after a seven hour drive to see property in Barstow because the agent was ill. Ann showed us property we asked to see and some of her own suggestions we might be interested in. we decided on a home and Ann helped us make an offer on it after explaining all the details involved with making the offer and steps toward purchase that would follow. our offer was accepted the next day and moved forward but with some problems about the financing on our side, Ann stuck with us and four loan company's until the deal was done and we had our home even after passing the date set to close. Ann helped us understand every step of the process and to get all necessary inspections done properly she was very pleasant to work with and a fantastic agent to have on our side.
